Finally daily updates from the PM......Lead Boris Lead.. I was quite impressed (I normally call him a baffoon).....however "Underlying conditions"....what are they, please share......reading factual articles from italy they state high blood pressure is a high risk in Covid-19......my hubby has high blood pressure.........My anxiety was snowballing, I am going to break.

No more news on all the time and no reading social media, I can’t sleep, so decided to read official NHS guidance only and no other news. I also decided to pull my kids out of school to protect my hubby and of course myself - that old self preservation kicking in once more (he agreed thankfullly).

Still coughing very gently - nothing too major and now that I have decided not to watch the news or scroll social media I am managing the anxiety a little better...... I finally fell asleep at 4am to meditation music and woke at 6am.................ready to go back to work ......

7am I logged in - working in education I knew it was going to be pandemonium. Schools will close soon, let's get ready. Support our students and staff throughout the next few weeks, preparing them for home schooling....do you realise how much goes on behind the scenes, staff working around the clock to make this happen. Lesson plans to go onto online systems, dealing with stressed students......getting new systems, something for those students who don't have anything.......how do we feed the vulnerable students was my main concern......if they close the schools where will the front line heroes kids go......I could volunteer to look after some children, I am sure it would take my head out of my jacksy and stop me from freaking out about the possibility that I have the coronavirus.

Major meltdown moment, my eldest (yes the one with the gentle cough) informs me that her boyfriend and her went out to lunch with a guy last week who is now presenting symptoms, right that is it, in your room, don't come out, in fact just don't breathe...well that was my initial reaction....bless them they knew how anxious I was about my hubby high blood pressure and my smoking...they said they would self isolate somewhere else but that didn't pan out....

Don't judge, she doesn't and we decide to talk about it in the morning!!
