29 March 2020 : Covid-19 Papa's Birthday

My papa's 69th birthday today. He lives on his own. My sister lives not far away but she can't visit him due to her vulnerabilities......we were due to visit next week but that has also been cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.....other still continue to visit family and friends, don't they get it. They will in a few weeks time....too late though.

All I can do is try and keep my family safe through all of this, my hubby still walks the dogs, I still wash their feet when they get back and leave them in the garden for an hour, I make hubby leave his shoes outside....I spent one hour washing the shopping which was delivered this morning.......told him to leave it outside - how brave are these people, I haven't been anywhere other than the garden for over two weeks......thank you.

Friend sent me a link talking about 5G and how it is connected in some way, the EMFs reduce your immunity apparently........dead birds - I keep hearing about dead birds.......do we really know what these technologies are doing to our bodies.....mental health issues were on the increase, especially among teens and young adults, all constantly on their mobile phones, makes you wonder. I have asked my friend not to send these to me anymore.....you can see why, the mind starts overthinking everything!

We are in for the long haul here, we are staying home and staying safe..........
